The ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies quality management system requirements that allow an organization to consistently meet customer requirements and increase customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. During the certification process, Qual-Pro was required to provide proof it had implemented the necessary procedures to improve product and service quality on a regular, quantifiable and verifiable basis, while following a systematic approach to overall quality management.
